These terms and conditions of sale govern the purchase, by electronic means or by telephone, of the products presented on the website www.letshelter.com

The contract stipulated between letshelter.com and the customer must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by letshelter.com. This acceptance is considered tacit, unless otherwise communicated to the customer.

By placing an order in the various ways provided, the customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and to fully accept both the general and payment conditions transcribed below.

Any right of the customer to compensation for damages or compensation is excluded, as well as any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to persons and / or things, caused by delays or the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

Prices

The prices of the products published on our site are in euros and do not include shipping costs. The published prices are inclusive of VAT and do not include any taxes, duties and taxes applicable in the country of destination of the products, where this is different from Italy, which will be charged to the customer.

The products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Letshelter reserves the right to change the prices of the products listed on the site at any time. Any changes to product prices will not, however, be effective for customers who have already placed an order.

How to purchase

The customer can purchase the products in the letshelter.com electronic catalog at the time of placing the order as described in the relevant information sheets.

It is understood that the image accompanying the description of a product may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ slightly even if reproduced in photographic studios, the tone varies according to the type of light used in the studio warm light / cold light / distance between the product and the surrounding lighting and the type of camera used.

Correct receipt of the order is confirmed by letshelter.com by means of an e-mail reply, sent to the e-mail address supplied by the customer. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, letshelter.com guarantees timely communication to the customer.

For warranty purposes, it is essential to carefully keep a copy of the receipt / sales invoice accompanied by a warranty certificate or the original packaging of the item.

Shipping

The shipping times indicated on the site are quantified in working days. For multiple orders, the shipment is unique, and the entire purchase will take the time to process the item with a longer wait.

Letshelter will not be responsible for non-delivery or delayed delivery due to force majeure, such as, for example, strikes, public authority measures, rationing or shortage of energy or raw materials, transport difficulties, fires, floods, heavy snow, floods and damage. to industrial machinery not dependent on letshelter.

It is the customer's responsibility at the time of delivery of the goods at street level to check that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (quality check). Any damage must be immediately reported to the courier making the delivery (accepting the goods with a careful reservation to be written in the courier's delivery note: eg: "box with holes on the side", "open box without personalized tape", " damaged box ", etc.)

The shipping cost is € 9.90. For orders over € 65.00, shipping is free.

Returns and Refunds

Within 30 calendar days of receipt of the goods, you can return the goods in case of production / packaging defects. Letshelter srl will, at your choice, refund the value of the product including any ancillary costs (transport costs) within 5 working days or replace the item with an equivalent product.
The right of withdrawal is applicable only if the product is new, intact and complete (packaging included), in perfect condition, complete with all accessories which are also intact. In the event of products that do not meet these characteristics, letshelter srl reserves the right to refuse the return or to apply a reduction on the price.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration. The bespoke and Custom section products, being unique products, are not subject to return policies.
